Accounting Department

The Accounting Department operates in accordance with the regulations approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The department ensures proper financial accounting and effective use of resources.

The Accounting Department operates in strict compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and regulations approved by the Ministry of Finance. Its main responsibilities include organizing the accounting system, ensuring effective use of financial and material resources, and maintaining accurate and transparent financial operations.

The Chief Accountant and deputies oversee the timely calculation and distribution of payroll, scholarships, taxes, and other financial obligations. The department also organizes full and precise accounting of asset status and movement, property rights, and liabilities.

Timely inventories, strict control over the movement of goods, material assets, and cash funds are key parts of the department’s activities. The department analyzes bank operations, cash flows, and budget execution, while working to prevent the emergence of debtor and creditor arrears.

Through internal audit control, the department prevents misappropriation of material and financial resources, ensuring lawful and efficient use of cash and other assets. Additionally, the department prepares financial reports for all university activities and submits them on time to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, tax inspection, and other relevant institutions.

The Accounting Department actively uses modern accounting software and technologies, continuously improves staff qualifications, and places special emphasis on ensuring financial security.
