About the Department The Children's Sport Department was established on August 23, 2021, by Decision No. 1 of the Council of Chirchiq State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent region. It began its operations as the "Children's Sport" department within the Faculty of Preschool Education. There is also information indicating its establishment in 2017, when it operated as part of the Preschool and Primary Education Department of the Faculty of Pedagogy, based on Decision No. 1 of the Council of Chirchiq State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent region dated August 25, 2017.

Mission and Goals The primary task of the Children's Sport Department is to develop the competencies of physical education instructors in preschool education and physical education teachers in primary education. Our main goals include:

• Training future physical education specialists through modern trends and modernized teaching models focused on physical education and sport in preschool and primary education.
• Expanding international cooperation by establishing partnerships with related universities, scientific research institutes, and centers for redeveloping and implementing physical education curriculum content.
• Developing the scientific research environment by conducting research in the field of physical education and sport in preschool and primary education.
