About the Conference
The aim of the conference is to analyze current issues in modern biological research and the teaching of natural sciences, as well as to develop innovative approaches to addressing these issues based on advances in genetics, genomics, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. The conference will also focus on discussing scientific developments related to the creation of sustainable products based on biotechnology and bioengineering; the conservation of biodiversity and the gene pool; the rational use of biological resources; the study of pressing issues in microbiology, virology, and immunology; as well as topics concerning the integration of science and education, the implementation of digital pedagogical technologies, and the promotion of scientific collaboration.
Scientific Areas of the Conference:
Section 1. Issues of applying advances in genetics, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, molecular biology and bioinformatics in modern biological research;
Section 2. Application of biotechnology and bioengineering in agriculture and industry, innovative methods for the production of environmentally friendly and sustainable products;
Section 3. Current issues of biodiversity conservation, plant, human and animal physiology, biomedicine, and prospects for the rational use of biological resources;
Section 4. Current issues and development prospects of implementing the integration of science and education, digital and innovative pedagogical technologies in teaching biology and natural sciences;
Section 5. Current issues in microbiology, virology and immunology: molecular diagnostic methods and the role of microorganisms in ecosystems.
Requirements for conference materials and submission deadlines
To participate in the conference, applicants are requested to submit, by 1 May 2026, a completed application form (Appendix 1) and an article prepared in accordance with the requirements (Appendix 2) to the Organizing Committee via e-mail at d.jovliyeva@cspu.uz or through the following Telegram channel: https://t.me/+TkLN8b90JmEwYWIy . The name of the submitted file should include the surname of the first author written in Latin letters, followed by a hyphen and the section number (e.g., Jovliyeva-2).
Each author will be provided with an electronic certificate and a PDF version of the article. The conference proceedings will be published as a collected volume in both electronic and printed formats.
The authors are responsible for the content of the submitted materials. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit the articles. Materials that do not meet the conference requirements or are submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered.
Guidelines for formatting conference materials. Submitted materials must correspond to the main thematic areas of the conference.
Articles must be prepared in the following order:
Title of the article (centered, in capital letters, bold);
Author(s): initials of the first name and patronymic, full surname, centered, in lowercase letters, bold;
Full name of the institution and country;
E-mail address of the corresponding author;
Abstract (not exceeding 50 words, in English only);
Keywords (must include 5 words, in English only);
Main text of the article (1–3 pages);
References.

Text editor - Microsoft Word; File format - RTF (DOCX); Font size - 12; Font - Times New Roman; Line spacing - 1; First-line indent - 1.25 cm. Page setup - left margin – 3.0 cm; right margin – 2.0 cm; top and bottom margins – 2.5 cm. Page numbers should not be included. Formulas and Latin names (species, genus, etc.) should be written in italics. Graphic materials (figures, diagrams, schemes, etc.) must be of high quality. It is recommended that the number of graphic materials does not exceed 4 and the number of tables does not exceed 3. The length of the article should be 1–3 pages.
References should be cited in round brackets, indicating the author(s) and year of publication. For example: one author – (Temirbekov, 2018); two authors – (Esbergenov and Qurbanbaev, 2012); more than two authors – (Embergenov et al., 2020). The list of references should be provided at the end of the article in alphabetical order. The number of references should not exceed 10.
A publication fee is required. For each article or abstract, a fee of 80,000 UZS is charged for local participants, and 25 USD for international participants. Authors are requested to transfer the payment to the following bank account:
