The Department for Handling, Monitoring, and Control of Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities is a structural subdivision of Chirchik State Pedagogical University and reports directly to the Rector. The department oversees timely and quality fulfillment of state assignments and legal documents assigned to the university, as well as systematically manages the review process of appeals from individuals and legal entities.
The department operates according to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees, Cabinet of Ministers’ decisions, laws, and other normative legal documents. Its main responsibilities include:
Constant monitoring of the execution of tasks and legislative documents assigned to the university;
Ensuring the execution of rector’s orders by all university departments;
Receiving, registering, and controlling appeals from individuals and legal entities within the prescribed procedures and deadlines;
Preparing analytical materials on execution discipline and appeals, and submitting them to the rector and university council;
Organizing mobile receptions and coordinating necessary measures based on appeals;
Monitoring task execution and preparing reports through the “Ijro.gov.uz” electronic system.
The department is based on principles of transparency, legal compliance, and attentive consideration of citizens’ appeals. Applications, complaints, and suggestions from individuals and legal entities are analyzed and appropriate actions are taken.
