Department for Organizing Scientific Research Activities of Talented Students — serves to identify talented, initiative, and science-interested students, realize their scientific potential, develop skills for independent research, introduce them to modern scientific directions, and broadly involve them in scientific activities to provide comprehensive support.
The department also ensures student participation in national and international olympiads, competitions, conferences, and other scientific-practical events, prepares and recommends worthy candidates for presidential and other state scholarships, and systematically works on popularizing their achievements.

The department operates under national laws, directives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and university leadership instructions.
