Department's Education Quality Assessment System
The department's education quality assessment and control system is based on a multi-stage mechanism (30% monthly rating, 40% midterm, 30% final control). Key criteria include timely conduct of classes (95%), use of modern pedagogical technologies (85%), availability of educational-methodological resources (90%), innovative approaches of professors and instructors, and students' knowledge levels (current, midterm, final assessments). Internal control (department, faculty, university commissions) and external control (HAC, independent experts, international organizations) regularly check the status of educational literature (95%), electronic resources (90%), and laboratory equipment (85%). Based on monitoring reports and semester/annual analyses, plans are made to improve education quality by implementing modern teaching methods, strengthening practical training, updating material and technical resources, and introducing international standards and digital technologies.
Field-Specific Methodological Approach
Professors of the department have developed special "Scientific Research Tablets" to engage students and researchers in scientific activities within an individual learning environment. These tablets include:
- ✔️ Independent research methodology
- ✔️ Scientific article editing standards
- ✔️ Stages of innovative project development

Monitoring of Teachers' Activities
The system for monitoring the activities of professors and instructors is based on a comprehensive evaluation mechanism. Within educational-methodological activities, the quality of classes (30%), completeness of educational-methodological documents (20%), level of use of modern pedagogical technologies (20%), and analysis of student achievement (30%) are considered. For scientific activities, the number and quality of scientific articles (Scopus/WoS - 40 points, HAC journals - 20 points), participation in international conferences (20 points), and participation in scientific projects (20 points) are evaluated. In the direction of organizational and spiritual work, activity in public affairs (30%), individual approach to students (40%), and indicators of professional development (30%) are taken into account. Monitoring results are summarized at the end of each semester, annual rating indicators are formed, and these serve as a basis for resolving issues related to extending employment contracts, promotions, and incentives.
