Department of International Cooperation
The Department of International Cooperation at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University oversees international academic partnerships, student exchange programs, and documentation support.

Functions of the International Cooperation Department:
Development of the university’s international relations;
Coordination of university departments in the field of international cooperation;
Assistance in the preparation and formalization of documents related to the implementation of international cooperation projects;
Provision of information and advisory services in the field of international cooperation;
Support of correspondence between university departments and events in foreign languages.
Areas of Activity:
1. Academic Mobility
Sending CSPU students to foreign partner higher education institutions within student exchange programs and organizing internships for international students at CSPU;
Providing consultations to students on academic mobility programs.
2. Foreign Citizens
Systematization of information on international students studying at the university;
Assistance with visa arrangements for international students, preparation of invitations and other documents for conference participants.
3. Study of the Legal Framework Related to Foreign Citizens
(education, migration regime)
4. Preparation of Agreements with Foreign Higher Education Institutions;
5. Analysis of the University’s International Relations and International Activities;
6. Support in Foreign Languages and Conducting Correspondence
(within the scope of the International Department’s activities and upon request of structural units);
7. Organization of Reception of Foreign Delegations.

Academic Mobility
Within the framework of bilateral cooperation agreements and memoranda signed with foreign partner higher education institutions, academic mobility programs have been established, under which students are admitted to CSPU for study periods ranging from one month to one semester.
Admission Procedure for Foreign Citizens
Chirchik State Pedagogical University admits foreign citizens for study in accordance with Resolution No. 169 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 4, 2008, and the regulations adopted on the basis of this Resolution.
Education for foreign citizens at Chirchik State Pedagogical University is provided on a tuition-fee (contract) basis.

Conclusion of the Study Contract
A study contract for enrollment at Chirchik State Pedagogical University is formalized after the applicant has successfully passed the interview.
Visa Issuance and Temporary Residence Registration Procedure
Visa issuance for foreign citizens, preparation of visa invitation letters, and temporary residence registration are carried out by higher education institutions in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Visas for foreign citizens may be issued by the diplomatic missions or consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan located in the applicant’s home country, as well as at Tashkent International Airport.
