The Department of Management at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University, established in 2022, focuses on training competitive specialists in educational institution management. It conducts research on modern management methodologies and offers various academic programs in management and school administration.
DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT
Year of Establishment: 2022 Address: Chirchiq city, Amir Temur street, 104, Main building, 4th floor, room 407. The Department of Management separated from the "Pedagogy and Management" department on July 29, 2022, in accordance with Decision No. 19 of the Council of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT Department's Mission: To train specialized personnel for institutions of the continuous education system of the Republic.
Our Goal:
- To train competitive specialized personnel in the field of "Educational Institution Management" and guide them into practice.

SCIENTIFIC-RESEARCH DIRECTIONS AND PROJECTS The Department of Management is conducting research in several strategic directions in its scientific-research activities. The following directions aim to conduct scientific research that meets modern educational requirements, expand cooperation with the national and international scientific community, and achieve practical results:
- Research on Technologies for Developing Management Skills in Management Students: Developing management teaching methodology is one of the priority areas of the department. This includes methodologies for developing students' management competencies in the context of an educational cluster (e.g., School Management) (D.A. Sultanova), and mechanisms for developing students' management competencies during the modernization of the higher education system (A. Rasulov).
- Research on Methodologies for Developing Students' Economic Knowledge: The department's scientific research in this area is focused on studying national and international literary heritage. This includes improving the methodology of teaching "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship" based on innovative technologies (K. Khurramov). Scientific research on "Methodology for developing students' frugality skills based on the philosophical views of great thinkers" (A. Suyarov) has also been launched.
- Research on Technologies for Developing Management Competencies Based on Students' Individual Learning Trajectory: This includes improving person-centered education methodology in increasing the prestige of modern teachers in the context of an educational cluster (I. Khakimova), technologies for developing higher education students' readiness for professional activity based on a competency approach (I. Yunusova), and methodology for developing innovative pedagogical activity of general education school teachers based on an individual approach (G. Tirkasheva). Individual learning is considered one of the most effective technologies in realizing a student's personal potential in the field of education.
- Project Design Technologies in Improving Management Teaching Methodology: Research aimed at forming students' management and communication skills has been a key priority of the department. (D. Sultanova, I. Khakimova, K. Khurramov, A. Suyarov, B. Rustamov). These directions serve to enhance the department's scientific-research potential and develop new modern methodologies.
