DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL IDEA, FUNDAMENTALS OF SPIRITUALITY AND LAW EDUCATION

Year of Establishment: 2021 Address: Tashkent region, Chirchik State Pedagogical University, Building 6 B, Room 312.

The Department of "National Idea, Fundamentals of Spirituality and Law Education" of the Faculty of Humanities was established on the basis of the "Social Sciences" department within the Faculty of Humanities, according to the Order No. 01-215 of the Rector of Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute dated August 28, 2021, on "Making changes to the structural organization of the Institute."

Currently, the department trains specialists in the following areas:

DEPARTMENT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Department Mission: To widely promote that an enlightened society, spiritual upliftment, and legal literacy are guarantees of sustainable development.

Our Objectives:

• To enhance the quality of national idea, fundamentals of spirituality, and law education through professional-oriented programs and advanced pedagogical methods, and to train internationally competitive future teachers based on "Learning to learn independently" activities.
• Expand international cooperation – establish partnerships with universities, the scientific community, and educational projects.
• Develop the research environment – establish a "Practice Platform" aimed at the effectiveness of 4+2 practical activities based on the study of philosophy, spirituality, and law, and pedagogical research.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms that help learners develop themselves in independent activity.
  • Introduce individual and collective projects that help learners develop themselves in independent activity.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH DIRECTIONS AND PROJECTS

The Department of National Idea, Fundamentals of Spirituality and Law Education conducts scientific research in several strategic directions. These directions aim to conduct scientific research that meets modern educational requirements, expand cooperation with national and international scientific communities, and achieve practical results:

• Targeted Research: Focused on consolidating resources and ensuring the faculty's leading position in addressing problems and complexities related to sustainable human development.
• Cooperation-Oriented Research: Aimed at improving mutually beneficial cooperation and integration in education and scientific research with leading foreign universities, scientific and educational organizations, and high-tech equipped organizations.
• Methodology of Teaching Educational Sciences: Developing the methodology of teaching educational sciences is one of the priority areas of the department. Special attention is paid to improving issues such as "Opportunities of educational clusters in teaching educational sciences," "Specifics of introducing a cluster approach in the education system," "Educational cluster: opportunities and prospects," "Ideological-ideological foundations of the innovative cluster of pedagogical education," and "Issues of increasing the effectiveness of teaching social and humanitarian sciences in the conditions of an educational cluster." Furthermore, successful work has been carried out on the historical-theoretical foundations of spiritual education.
• Research on Methodology of Teaching Law Sciences: The scientific research of the department in this area is aimed at studying national and international literary heritage. It is important to scientifically and methodologically research the processes of improving legal education, legal consciousness, and legal culture, and increasing legal literacy. Research on "Improving the methodology of teaching legal sciences in higher education institutions (using the example of "Constitutional Law")" is becoming increasingly relevant. Additionally, in the rapidly developing social relations of today, the necessity to form the legal immunity of legal subjects and to scientifically investigate the peculiarities of human rights and freedoms in the context of globalization is increasing.
• Philosophical Analysis and Comparative Studies: A number of scientific works are being carried out in the field of philosophy and spirituality. This includes the philosophical-methodological foundations of information generation in complex systems, digitalization, modern paradigms of thinking, human capital development, philosophy of creativity, spiritual life of youth in cyberspace, and the problem of artificial intelligence in a digitalized society: socio-philosophical analysis, all analyzed from cognitive and pragmatic perspectives.
• Development of Communicative and Didactic Competencies: Research aimed at forming students' communicative and creative skills has been one of the department's important priority areas. Through the application of innovative and creative approaches in the classroom, students' independent thinking skills are being developed.
• Intercultural Communication and Values: Developing intercultural communication competence and promoting universal values is one of the important aspects of the department's activities, and much research is being carried out in this area on national values and moral education based on world literature. This includes studying Turkic runology and ethnocultural processes, analyzing patriotism as a spiritual value of society, inter-ethnic relations, and religious tolerance.

These directions serve to enhance the department's scientific research potential and develop new modern methodologies.

In accordance with Resolution No. 304 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017, "On measures to further improve the system of postgraduate education," the following researchers are conducting independent research activities at the department:

• Ibrokhimov Farkhodjon Anvarjin o'g'li: On the topic "Improving the methodology of teaching philosophical sciences based on modern pedagogical approaches" (specialty 13.00.02 - Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (philosophy)). • Yuldoshev Avazbek Abdurashid o'g'li: "The problem of artificial intelligence in a digitalized society: socio-philosophical foundations" (specialty 09.00.04 - Social Philosophy). Scientific supervisor: Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Prof. G.G. G'affarova.

General information about scientific seminars held in 2024: A scientific seminar on "Universal Problems: Spiritual Development and Youth Maturation" was organized for 1st, 2nd, and 4th-year students of the National Idea, Fundamentals of Spirituality and Law Education program of the Faculty of Humanities at Chirchik State Pedagogical University, as well as for the department's professors and teachers, with the participation of Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor Nazarov Kiyomiddin Normirzayevich.
