The Human Resources Department of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University was established under the Decree No. PQ-3152 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 27, 2017. It reports directly to the university rector and carries out extensive activities in managing human resources, working with staff, and ensuring effective labor relations. The department handles staff recruitment, appointments, transfers, dismissals, and maintains employment records. It also prepares HR-related orders and ensures compliance with labor legislation. It forms and monitors the university’s staff reserve and oversees professional development, training, and certification processes. Furthermore, the department organizes staff evaluations, monitors performance efficiency, and ensures legal compliance in labor matters. It is also responsible for issuing diplomas, certificates, and responding to inquiries from government agencies and law enforcement bodies. The department collaborates closely with all university faculties and divisions.
