Technical Maintenance and Economic Department

The Technical Maintenance and Economic Department coordinates and manages the university’s economic support activities. It establishes and implements beneficial cooperation agreements with enterprises, organizations, and private firms. The department inspects rooms, organizes repairs, and supplies departments with office and economic equipment.

Additionally, it is responsible for safeguarding and inventorying university assets, ensuring fire safety, overseeing the proper acceptance and placement of goods, and complying with occupational safety regulations. The department also manages the maintenance and landscaping of university buildings and grounds, organizes events such as meetings and conferences, and supervises related technical services.

Currently, the department maintains 8 academic buildings, 4 student dormitories, 5 information resource centers, 4 conference halls, and 5 indoor sports halls. Recent years have seen capital and current repairs of several buildings, as well as construction of new buildings and dormitories.

The university campus covers a total area of 23.43 hectares, with 11.54 hectares designated for landscaping and greenery. The department regularly conducts tree planting, environmental maintenance, and flower cultivation activities.
