This course provides third-year Management students with an in-depth introduction to the principles and practices of Strategic Management. It focuses on the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that guide organizations toward achieving long-term objectives in competitive and uncertain environments. The course covers fundamental concepts such as external and internal environment analysis, vision and mission development, competitive advantage, corporate-level and business-level strategies, and strategic control systems.
