Along with such a direct effect of education, a wide range of educational effects appear in the
conditions of effective joint activity. An important confirmation of the role of effective joint
activity of the teacher and students in the development of the personality is the emergence of
permanent changes in the content of students' moral ideas, the formation of moral self
awareness, the assimilation of norms and methods of collective life, the emergence of various
interpersonal relationships, the creation of a positive emotional climate in the educational
community. These neoplasms of personal and collective consciousness do not have a narrow
situation, but go beyond a specific educational situation. That is, the contribution of the
individual to effective joint activity becomes a condition for his further self-development.
