He was born on October 12, 1993, in Bekobod district, Tashkent region. In 2016, he completed a bachelor's degree at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, and in 2023, he completed a master's degree in Cryptography and Cryptanalysis at the same university.
