Davlatova Adiba Rakhmatovna was born on September 25, 1979, in the Koson district of the Kashkadarya region. She is Uzbek by nationality.
In 2000, she graduated from Karshi State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Uzbek Philology. In 2003, she obtained a Master’s degree in Literary Source Studies and Textology from the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
In 2011, at the Specialized Academic Council D.015.14.01 under the Alisher Navoi Institute of Language and Literature of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Sciences on the topic “The Problem of the Aesthetic Ideal in Uzbek Literature of the National Awakening Period” in the specialty 10.01.01 — Uzbek Literature.
On February 15, 2022, she defended her Doctor of Philological Sciences (DSc) dissertation entitled “The Evolution of Poetic Thinking in the Poetry of Abdulla Oripov” in the specialty 10.00.02 — Uzbek Literature at the Academic Council for Awarding Scientific Degrees DSc.03/30.12.2019.Fil.19.01 under the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi. By Resolution No. 314/1 of the Higher Attestation Commission dated March 31, 2022, she was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philological Sciences (DSc).
