The Department for Education Quality Assurance is a unit responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of educational processes at the university, implementing quality standards based on national and international accreditation requirements, improving the internal quality assurance system, and ensuring continuous development.

This Regulation has been developed with the aim of ensuring the quality of education in higher education institutions, increasing the effectiveness of the educational process, developing the internal quality assurance system, and strengthening integration with international standards.
The Education Quality Supervision Department conducts an in-depth analysis of the educational process at the university, studies the results of assessing students’ knowledge levels, and ensures the improvement of academic programs based on national and international accreditation requirements.

This resolution was adopted to improve the quality of educational institutions and to fully implement the state accreditation system.
Work Plan of the Education Quality Supervision Department for the 2021–2022 Academic Year
This work plan has been developed to improve the quality of education at the university, assess the effectiveness of the educational process, and ensure alignment with international quality standards.
REPORT on the Implementation of the Work Plan of the Education Quality Supervision Department for the 2021–2022 Academic Year
During the 2021–2022 academic year, 95% of the planned activities were fully implemented. The remaining part is planned to be completed at the final stage in the next semester.
The activities carried out during the academic year contributed to improving the quality of education at the university, ensuring the effective functioning of the internal assessment system, and supporting the digitalization of the pedagogical process.
Work Plan of the Education Quality Supervision Department for the 2022–2023 Academic Year
The main objective of this work plan is to improve the quality of education, strengthen the internal supervision system, and introduce an evaluation system aligned with international standards.
Monitoring of the educational process will be carried out every quarter, and the activities of teachers and students will be analyzed. Recommendations will be developed based on the identified shortcomings.
Throughout the academic year, the educational process in the university’s departments and faculties was systematically monitored. The monitoring process focused on assessing the activities of teachers and students, measuring effectiveness, and identifying best practices.
Detailed reports were prepared for each department, highlighting achievements, shortcomings, and recommendations. At the same time, the monitoring results created a solid foundation for further planning and strategic decision-making.
Within the framework of education quality supervision, class sessions, assessment systems, and teachers’ methodological materials were thoroughly examined. Based on the identified shortcomings, clear practical recommendations were provided to each department, and their implementation was closely monitored.
As a result, the quality of teaching improved, student participation and motivation increased, and new pedagogical methods and technologies were successfully introduced.
The results of the current academic year were compared with those of previous years. This made it possible to identify stable growth trends in the educational process and effective pedagogical approaches.
Comparative analyses showed that students’ knowledge and skills improved, the assessment system functioned transparently and effectively, and pedagogical approaches were further enhanced.
Based on the results of monitoring, supervision, and comparison, a comprehensive conclusion on the overall effectiveness of the educational process was drawn. These findings will serve as a basis for further improving quality indicators and enhancing the educational process in the coming academic year.
The report contributes to optimizing activities across university departments, implementing best practices, and ensuring sustainable improvement in education quality.
