By this resolution, the State Inspectorate for Supervision of Education Quality was established. The Inspectorate is responsible for monitoring quality in educational institutions, assessing compliance with standards, and coordinating accreditation processes.

Model REGULATION on the Education Quality Supervision Department within Higher Education Institutions of the Republic
(Approved by Order No. 50 dated “30” December 2017 of the State Inspectorate for Supervision of Education Quality under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan)
This Regulation has been developed with the aim of ensuring the quality of education in higher education institutions,
increasing the effectiveness of the educational process, developing the internal quality assurance system,
and strengthening integration with international standards.
The Education Quality Supervision Department conducts an in-depth analysis of the educational process at the university,
studies the results of assessing students’ knowledge levels, and ensures the improvement of academic programs

About the Department
This Regulation governs the activities of the
Education Quality Supervision Department within the Tashkent Region Chirchiq State Pedagogical Institute
and defines its main goals and responsibilities.

The main objective of this work plan is to improve the quality of education, strengthen the internal supervision system, and introduce an evaluation system aligned with international standards.

Monitoring
Monitoring was used to analyze the activities completed and the results achieved throughout the academic year. The process was aimed at assessing the effectiveness and performance of the work carried out.
Each activity was under continuous observation, and both the completed tasks and the outcomes were evaluated in detail.
Control
Control was focused on checking the quality of education and analyzing the identified issues. Strengths and weaknesses were determined, and recommendations were developed.
Comparison
Comparison was used to compare the completed work and results with previous years. This process helped identify progress and regression.
Conclusion
Analytical findings and recommendations were produced for each process. The report was prepared in text form and includes only analytical information.

Monitoring
Throughout the academic year, the educational process in the university’s departments and faculties was systematically monitored. The monitoring process focused on assessing the activities of teachers and students, measuring effectiveness, and identifying best practices.
Detailed reports were prepared for each department, highlighting achievements, shortcomings, and recommendations. At the same time, the monitoring results created a solid foundation for further planning and strategic decision-making.
Supervision
Within the framework of education quality supervision, class sessions, assessment systems, and teachers’ methodological materials were thoroughly examined. Based on the identified shortcomings, clear practical recommendations were provided to each department, and their implementation was closely monitored.
As a result, the quality of teaching improved, student participation and motivation increased, and new pedagogical methods and technologies were successfully introduced.
Comparison
The results of the current academic year were compared with those of previous years. This made it possible to identify stable growth trends in the educational process and effective pedagogical approaches.
Comparative analyses showed that students’ knowledge and skills improved, the assessment system functioned transparently and effectively, and pedagogical approaches were further enhanced.
Conclusion
Based on the results of monitoring, supervision, and comparison, a comprehensive conclusion on the overall effectiveness of the educational process was drawn. These findings will serve as a basis for further improving quality indicators and enhancing the educational process in the coming academic year.
