Gayupova Saodat Khamidovna is an Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Chirchik State Pedagogical University. Throughout her academic and practical career, she has been one of the leading specialists in the development of pedagogical education, the implementation of innovative educational clusters, the integration of science, education, and practice, and the improvement of the quality of teacher training.

Currently, she serves as the Head of the Education Quality Control Department at Chirchik State Pedagogical University. Her scientific research is recognized not only in Uzbekistan but also internationally (the USA, Europe, and CIS countries).

She defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences on the topic “Pedagogical and Psychological Features of the Formation of the Personality of Modern Students (on the example of higher education institutions).”

The main goal of her activity is to make a достойный contribution to the scientific community and, as a member of the Center for the Innovative Cluster of Pedagogical Education established to enhance the effectiveness of the university’s strategic research activities, to actively participate in the development and implementation of initiatives related to the “school-laboratories” of all faculties.
