Ulfat Shuhratovich Ismatov was born on December 3, 1990, in the Yakkabog district of the Kashkadarya region into a family of intellectuals. Nationality: Uzbek.

Educational Background:

2010 – 2014: Student at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami (Bachelor's degree).
2014 – 2016: Master’s student at the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod.

Professional Experience:

2018 – 2020: Lecturer at the "Fine Arts" Department, Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region.
2020 – 2021: Senior Lecturer at the "Fine Arts" Department, Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region.
2021 – 2022: Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Art History, Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region.
2022 – 2022: Senior Lecturer at the "Fine Arts and Design" Department, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
2023 – 2025: Acting Associate Professor at the "Fine Arts and Design" Department, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
