Rizayeva Sanobar Davlataliyevna was born on July 2, 1987 in Chirchik, Tashkent region. In 2008, she graduated from the Tashkent State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, with a bachelor's degree in "Mathematics and Informatics". In 2020, she graduated from the Tashkent State Pedagogical University, with a master's degree in "Information Technologies in Education". On July 17, 2025, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in pedagogical sciences on the topic "Methodology of improving the educational process in higher educational institutions based on individual educational technologies" in the specialty 13.00.02 - theory and methodology of education (technical sciences).
