💼 Professional Activity Assessment

👩‍🏫 During her work as an Associate Professor (acting) at the university, Saitkulova Nazokat Rakhmonovna actively participates in enhancing students’ scientific-theoretical and methodological knowledge and skills in Foreign Language and Practical English courses. She effectively contributes to developing students’ professional English skills in their field, improving their knowledge, and broadening their worldviews. She also provides guidance to faculty staff on conducting research and publishing articles in internationally indexed journals.

📜 According to the Resolution No. 269 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 19, 2022, in May 2025, a master-class was held at the Academic Lyceum of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University for English teachers on “Effective Methods for Teaching Reading Skills in English”. The master-class was organized to provide practical support to the lyceum teachers, sharing modern and effective methods for developing students’ reading skills in English.

🌐 Following a roadmap based on the memorandum between the University and the Agency for Popularization of Foreign Languages under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, Associate Professor Saitkulova Nazokat Rakhmonovna conducted a master-class on “Modern Approaches to Foreign Language Teaching” for English teachers at the Uzbekistan Public Safety University.

📰 In 2023 and 2024, she served as a member of the editorial boards of the journals Samo Lochinlari and Zirhli Qalqon, actively participating in ensuring the scientific quality of published articles and providing analytical reviews based on scientific criteria.

📚 From April 1 to May 31, 2024, Saitkulova Nazokat Rakhmonovna successfully completed a retraining course in Philology and Language Teaching: English (288 hours) at the network (regional) center under the National University of Uzbekistan.

🎓 Participation in Scientific-Practical Conferences

📌 On April 26, 2024, Saitkulova Nazokat Rakhmonovna participated with a speech and received a certificate at the Republican Scientific-Practical Conference on “Modern Linguistics in Uzbekistan: Language Education and Research” held at the Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

📌 On November 8, 2024, she delivered a speech and was awarded a letter of appreciation at the International Scientific-Practical Conference on “Modern Approaches to Foreign Language Teaching in Higher Military Education Institutions” organized by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan at Chirchiq Higher Tank Command-Engineering School.

📌 On April 18, 2025, she participated with a speech and was awarded a letter of appreciation at the Republican Scientific-Practical Conference on “Military Effectiveness of Language Learning and Enhancing Global Cooperation in Military Education Institutions”.

📌 At the International Scientific-Practical Conference “Global Prospects for Multidisciplinary Research and Education” held at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University, she presented a speech on “Professional Practice and Personal Qualities of an Inclusive Education Teacher” and was awarded a certificate.

🌟 Spiritual, Educational, and Upbringing Activities

📌 On the initiative of N. Saitkulova, Chirchiq State Pedagogical University and military higher education institutions organized the contest “My Contribution to the Development of the Homeland”. This contest was held to implement Clause 13 of the Roadmap approved by the Decree PQ-5040 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 26, 2021, on the “Measures to Fundamentally Improve the System of Spiritual and Educational Work.”

📚 She was awarded a certificate for active participation in the “Sharing Knowledge” project, aimed at engaging students in reading, improving literary literacy, and fostering patriotism among young people.

🌱 She was also recognized for her dedicated efforts in creating a healthy socio-spiritual environment among students, educating them in high moral values, increasing their activity, and strengthening their civic responsibility.

📅 In February 2024, she was awarded a certificate for active participation in the educational event “Two Great Geniuses of a Century”, held in honor of the 584th anniversary of Alisher Navoi and the 542nd anniversary of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur.

🤝 She actively contributed to promoting a positive socio-spiritual environment among university students, spreading religious knowledge, compassion, and unity.

📝 On October 21, 2023, she was awarded an honorary diploma for active participation in the Language Decade under the slogan “My Language Resounds on the World Stage”, dedicated to the 34th anniversary of granting the Uzbek language the status of the state language.

🎖 At Chirchiq State Pedagogical University, she was awarded a certificate for active participation in organizing spiritual and educational events under the slogan “The New Uzbekistan Army – the Pillar of the Country, the Pride of Our People”, held in honor of the 33rd anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and January 14 – Defender of the Motherland Day.
