Samat Maratovich Seytimbetov was born on January 21, 1992, in Chirchik city, Tashkent region. In 2017, he graduated with a bachelor's degree from Nukus State Pedagogical Institute, and in 2021, he completed his master's degree at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. His specialization according to his education is: Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics (bachelor’s degree), Engineering Graphics and Design Theory (master’s degree). Since 2025, he has been a doctoral candidate (PhD researcher) at the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami. He is conducting scientific research on the topic: “Improving the methodology for developing students’ creative abilities.
