Yuldasheva Gulshad Tileuovna was born on June 26, 1972 in Yukorichirchik district, Tashkent region. In 1996, she graduated from the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics. In 2023, she received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Pedagogical Sciences (PhD) on the topic “Methodology of developing information and communicative competence of students based on a cluster approach” in the specialty 13.00.02 - Theory and methodology of education (informatics).

Married, has 3 children.
