Since September 3, 2018, I have been working as a lecturer at the Department of Uzbek Linguistics, Faculty of Humanities, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
On July 7, 2023, I defended my Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) dissertation in Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 13.00.01 – Theory of Pedagogy. History of Pedagogical Doctrines, entitled “Organizational and Pedagogical Foundations of Students’ Project-Based Activities in General Secondary Schools (Based on the Pedagogical Education Cluster).”
On October 4, 2023, based on Resolution No. 344/1, I was officially awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences.
I serve as the Dean’s Advisor on Women’s Affairs at the Faculty of Humanities. Within the framework of the “Mentor–Mentee” system, I supervise gifted students. To date, under my academic supervision, four undergraduate final qualification theses have been successfully defended. Currently, I supervise two master’s students in their master’s theses and two independent researchers in their scientific research, providing necessary guidance, consultations, and recommendations within the scope of their research topics.
Educational literature (teaching and methodological manuals, учеб guides) for students of higher education institutions has been published, and a textbook has been submitted for publication. More than 40 of my scientific articles have been published in international journals, journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission (OAK), and international conference proceedings.
On April 5, 2025, based on Resolution No. 369/1, I was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty Theory of Pedagogy. History of Pedagogical Doctrines.
