Abdrashitova Elena Vladimirovna was born on December 15, 1960 in the Irkutsk region, Usolye-Sibirskoye, Russian Federation. She is a candidate of biological sciences, associate professor. In 1986 he graduated from Tashkent State University, and in 1991 she entered graduate school, Tashkent State University, Department of Biophysics, Plant Protection. In 1991-1995, she conducted scientific research on her candidate's dissertation at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek and at the Institute of Fertilizers in 1996 she successfully defended her candidate's dissertation. In 1997, she received the degree of senior researcher in the toxicology laboratory in the specialized Council at the Institute of Physiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and received the academic degree of candidate of biological sciences, doctor of philosophy.
Formation of the student's system of knowledge about environmental problems and ways of solving them, develops worldviews based on understanding the relationship between society, man and nature; development of intellectual and practical skills in the environmental field; foster environmental needs and interests, emotional attitude to the world V. A. Sukhomlinsky. Competent environmental education and upbringing of the younger generation, as an independent branch of pedagogical knowledge environmental education and upbringing has received recognition throughout the world [Suravegina I. T., Smirnov S. A., Kotova I. B]. It is considered as one of the effective means of overcoming the environmental crisis at the global and national levels, training highly moral and educated people who can solve complex problems of human interaction with the environment.
E.V. Abdrashitova conducted scientific research devoted to the study of the mechanisms of the stimulating effect of complex organometallic compounds on the growth and development of plants.
E.V. Abdrashitova conducted scientific research devoted to the study of the mechanisms of the stimulating effect of complex organometallic compounds on the growth and development of plants.
Some physiological and biochemical mechanisms of plant response to the action of complex compounds were studied. General patterns of the effect of plant growth stimulants on the energy processes of the plant cell. Toxicological characteristics of plant growth stimulants based on divalent metals. The acute toxicity and danger of plant growth stimulants in various ways of entering the animal body were studied. The dynamics of long-term inhalation exposure to complex compounds on the animal body was experimentally considered. The embryotropic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects of complex compounds were studied.
The scientific research he conducted has found effective application in the field of toxicology, agriculture, and plant protection in Uzbekistan.
In science: the mechanism of the stimulating action of the studied complex compounds HTS-1, TZh-85 and T-86 is associated with their effect on plants similar to phytohormones: auxins, cytokinins and gibberellins. They have membranotropic properties, uncouple oxidative phosphorylation, inhibit mitochondrial respiration. According to the parameters of acute toxicity, the stimulants TZh-85 and T-86 belong to hazard class IV, and HTS-1 belongs to hazard class III, that is, to weakly and moderately toxic compounds. According to the nature of the biological action, the drugs belong to polytropic poisons with a predominant effect on the central nervous system, liver, pancreas and kidneys. Stimulants T-86 and HTS-1 do not have a mutagenic effect.
In agriculture: when assessing the obtained data, the MAC in the air of the working area for:
TZh-85 = 2 mg / m3 (hazard class III); T-86 = 0.5 mg/m3 (hazard class VI);
HTS-1 = 2 mg/m3 (hazard class III).
In the field of plant protection and quarantine: a set of experimental and field studies made it possible to develop and scientifically substantiate hygienic standards and regulations for the use of plant growth stimulants in agriculture;
MAC in the atmospheric air - 0.02 mg/m3;
MAC in the air of the working zone - 1.0 mg/m3.
Based on the results of the conducted scientific research, 4 methodological recommendations were developed, scientifically substantiated, approved by the Ministry of Health of the Uzbek Republic and published:
- "Methodological recommendations for the protection of the environment and public health when using plant growth stimulants in agriculture."
- "Measures for the protection of the environment and public health when using plant growth stimulants - aquadiacetato (N-hydroxymethylurea) - zinc hydrate (TZ-85)" (methodological recommendations).
- "Protection of public health and the environment when using in agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan. plant growth stimulator - catenasuccinatodiactadinicotinamidecobalt dihydrate (T-86)" (methodological recommendations).
- "Methodological recommendations for the protection of public health and the environment when using in agriculture -0.5-aquadiaceto (M-oxymethylthiourea) - copper 0.5 hydrate (HTS-1)".
15 ionic standards for 3 studied plant growth stimulators have been developed and scientifically substantiated, which were approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and included in SanKM No. 0109-01 ha kushimcha "Ozik-okkat mahsulotlarda va atrof muhitda pestitsidlarning gigienik meterlari", which was published and submitted for implementation to the Centers of the State Chemical Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the conducted scientific research, 3 patent applications were filed, 3 patents were received:
- Decision on granting© patent for invention No. JAP 2003 0332, 17.08.05. "- aquadiacetato (N-hydroxymethylurea) -zinc hydrate (TZ-85) activity on cotton and grain crops"
- Decision on granting patent for invention No. JAP 2003 0204 dated 25.07.05. "- catenasuccinatodiaquadinicotinamide cobalt dihydrate (T-36);
- Decision on granting patent for invention No. JAP 2003 0332, 17.08.05. "-0,5-aquadiaceto (N-hydroxymethylthiourea)-copper 0.5 hydrate (ХТС-1) exhibiting activity on cotton and grain crops." Received Certificate No. A 876 from the State Commission on Chemicalization and Plant Protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on registration in the Republic of Uzbekistan of growth substances
- aquadiacetato (N-hydroxymethylurea)-zinc hydrate (ТЖ-85);
- catenasuccinatodiaquadinicotinamide cobalt dihydrate (Т-36);
- 0,5-aquadiaceto (N-hydroxymethylthiourea)-copper 0.5 hydrate (ХТС-1) and permission for their use.
Efficiency of the conducted research work: implementation of the developed methodological recommendations will contribute to the preservation of the state of environmental objects; reducing the incidence of diseases among the population living in areas of intensive use of growth stimulants, improving environmental monitoring.
The results of the research have intersectoral significance, as they are used by the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Services, institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management in order to preserve and improve the quality of the environment. In higher education: when introducing new modern method
