Achilov Telman Sadullayevich was born on May 16, 1983 in the Olot district of the Bukhara region. He is an Uzbek by nationality.
In 2024, Achilov Telman sa'dullayevich 13.00.02 – defended the dissertation work of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences on the topic “methodology for finding a sense of patriotism in students by teaching military history” in the specialty theory and methodology of Education and upbringing. 13 scientific works on the topic of dissertation, 2 textbooks 1 textbook 9 articles in scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan to publish the main results of doctoral dissertations, 6 of which were published in the Republic and 3 in foreign journals.
