Sevara Jasirkulovna Achilova was born on September 10, 1985, in the city of Chirchik, Tashkent region, to an intellectual family. In 2003, she graduated with honors from Secondary School No. 7 in Chirchik. That same year, she entered the Faculty of Defectology at Nizam State Technical University, graduating in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Defectology. In 2007, she entered the master's program in speech therapy at Nizam State Technical University, graduating in 2009 with a master's degree.
In 2021, she defended her PhD dissertation on "A System for Correcting Phonetic and Phonemic Aspects of Speech in Children with Dysarthria" in Special Education 13.00.03. The textbook "Dyslalia. Dysarthria" was published in 2021. In 2022, the textbook "Stuttering" and the monograph "Speech Therapy Assistance for Children with Dysarthria" were published. In 2023, the textbook "Speech Therapy Assistance Technology" was published. On October 7, 2025, permission to publish the textbook "Speech Therapy Assistance" was received, and it was published on December 22. On December 23, 2025, the monograph “METHODOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF WORKING WITH CHILDREN WITH DYSARTHRIA AND SPEECH DISORDERS OF PRE-SHOOL AGE” was published.
In 2025, under the supervision of S. Achilova, Dekhkonova M.G. defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of pedagogical sciences on the topic "METHODOLOGY OF TRAINING FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION FOR MODELING SPEECH THERAPY TRAINING IN INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION." On July 11, 2025, she received her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education.
