The faculty has 7 tutors. Improving the content, forms, and methods of tutoring, providing students with socio-spiritual and psychological support, mastering curricula, making the right decisions in life, and introducing a methodology for guiding them to acquire skills appropriate to their chosen profession, strengthening the role of the community and the community in issues related to improving student attendance, analyzing students' progress in mastering classes, introducing effective forms of meaningful spending of free time outside of classes, educating young people spiritually and morally, establishing an effective system for improving their legal and political culture, instilling patriotism in every young man and woman of the university, and diligently fulfilling the tasks assigned to them, and further increasing the effectiveness of work on the education, spirituality, enlightenment, and culture of youth.

Faculty Partnerships Today, our faculty is developing partnerships to improve and enhance the quality of education, develop modern pedagogical methods, and train highly qualified personnel. UPI (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Indonesia) and Negeri Malang University: A bilateral agreement has been signed with UPI within the framework of partnership relations. A UPI delegation visited our university and meetings were held to develop cooperation. Our delegation visited UPI and got acquainted with the university's education system. As part of this partnership, an international conference "International Conference on Inclusive STEAM Education (ICTEME)" is planned in Indonesia. The head of the Department of Special Pedagogy, Kadirova Feruzakhon Usmanovna, will participate in the conference as a "plenary speaker". On April 8-10, 2025, the international congress "Global Perspectives for Multidisciplinary Research and Education" will be held at Chirchik State Pedagogical University. Abay Kazakh National University: Official cooperation A bilateral agreement was signed to increase the effectiveness of higher education, science and culture, as well as educational and methodological and scientific research. Establishing academic exchanges for master's, PhD, doctoral studies, advanced training of professors and teachers and postgraduates, short-term and long-term internships, professional production, research, pre-diploma, pedagogical practices. Issues of cooperation in the field of developing joint educational programs for obtaining bachelor's and master's degrees. Conducting joint scientific and technical research by involving professors and teachers for joint supervision and scientific advice in writing master's and doctoral theses. Holding joint conferences, seminars, symposia, round tables, scientific events and educational initiatives. Discussions were held on the results of joint scientific activities and other initiatives in the field of education, including publication in scientific publications included in the world's leading scientific citation databases, including Web of Science, Scopus, etc. UFE (Ural Federal University, Russia): A bilateral agreement was signed with UFU within the framework of cooperation relations. A UFU delegation visited our university, meetings were held to develop cooperation. Our delegation visited UFU and got acquainted with the educational system of this university.

Research areas and projects

There are a number of pressing issues related to the development trends of pedagogical education, the transformation of education and the renewal of its content, the development of intellectual, creative and physical abilities based on the implementation of intensive programs at all stages of education. Based on the above plans, problems and the set goal, the faculty focuses its efforts on the following main areas of development of the system of continuous pedagogical education:

Directing independent learning of students to practice.

Transformation of success in the context of special needs education.

Integration of the content of higher education and preschool and school education in cooperation with employers and foreign universities.

Development of a sense of belonging and creativity of the student in an adaptive educational environment.

Development of student creativity based on approaches that guide individual activity.

Improvement of didactic support of the educational environment based on international pedagogical criteria.

Modernization of the educational process through the integration of pedagogical and digital technologies.

Ensuring professional and social mobility of future specialists.

Training competent practical psychologists based on the requirements of the modern labor market.

Introducing innovative tools for utilizing personnel potential.

Formation of world-class managers based on stabilizing the quality of education.

There are 7 tutors working at the faculty.This includes improving the content, forms, and methods of tutors’ activities; providing students with social, moral, and psychological support to help them successfully master academic programs, make correct life decisions, and develop skills relevant to their chosen profession. It also involves strengthening the role of the community and local neighborhood in addressing issues related to improving student attendance; analyzing students’ progress in mastering coursework; introducing effective ways for students to spend their free time meaningfully; fostering moral and ethical values among young people; and establishing an effective system to enhance their legal and political culture. Furthermore, it includes promoting patriotism among every male and female student at the university, encouraging a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to assigned duties, and increasing the overall effectiveness of efforts related to youth upbringing, spirituality, enlightenment, and cultural development.

STUDENT CLUBS  AND ORGNANIZATIONS

The Youth Affairs Department at the Faculty provides a great opportunity for students to grow and develop. We create a conducive environment and conditions for students to develop their leadership skills and become active members of society. We help students adapt to university life and support them in solving various student issues.

ADVISOR TO THE DEAN ON WOMEN'S AFFAIRS AT THE FACULTY:

She conducts educational and moral-educational activities with female students, identifies students who need social support and provides assistance to them, works to prevent problematic situations, violence, and violations of the law, and fulfills the tasks of monitoring the academic performance, discipline, and active participation of female students.
