About the Faculty of Pedagogy

The Faculty of Pedagogy was established in 2017. Its strategic mission is to create a strong faculty image by integrating and intensifying educational programs based on advanced foreign and local experiences, new approaches to pedagogical education (blended learning, inclusive education, integrated education), and digitization technologies. It also aims to establish the pedagogical-psychological foundations for the effectiveness of continuous education within a learning cluster environment.

The faculty's strategic goal is to conduct research into the pedagogical and psychological foundations of the pedagogical education innovation cluster, and to prepare comprehensively competent educators by developing methodologies that align with modernized curricula and achievements in innovative educational practices.

The faculty's prospective vision is to ensure the profitability of the scientific-methodological environment within a learning cluster (comprising 7 components: School laboratory, inclusive education, student employment, blended learning, attractiveness, mobility, research cluster), aiming to become a university aligned with new approaches in education.

The motto of the Faculty of Pedagogy is: "Transforming the theory and practice of ensuring the profitability of the scientific-methodological environment based on pedagogical education paradigms."

Scientific Research Directions and Projects

There are a number of pressing issues regarding the development of pedagogical education trends, educational transformation and its evolving content, and the development of intellectual, creative, and physical abilities through the implementation of intensive programs at all stages of education and upbringing. Based on the aforementioned plans, problems, and defined goals, the faculty focuses its efforts on the following key areas for developing the continuous pedagogical education system:

1. Orienting students' independent learning towards practical application.
2. Transformation of successes in the context of special needs education.
3. Integrating the content of higher education and preschool/school education in cooperation with employers and foreign higher education institutions.
4. Developing students' sense of belonging and creativity in an adaptive learning environment.
5. Developing students' creativity based on approaches that guide individual activity.
6. Improving the didactic provision of the learning environment based on international pedagogical criteria.
7. Modernizing the educational process through the integration of pedagogical and digital technologies.
8. Ensuring the professional and social mobility of future specialists.
9. Training competent practical psychologists based on the demands of the modern labor market.
10. Introducing innovative instruments for utilizing personal potential.
11. Forming international-level managers based on stabilizing educational quality.

Information on Social Projects and Events Conducted in 2024

• "Volunteers in One Row" social project: Organized to prepare students for "home education" by involving them in methodological services. Author: H.Z. Husnuddinova.
• "My Next 1000 Steps Are Yours" social project. Author: Sh.N. Ibodullayeva.
• "School Under the Open Sky" social mobile-methodological event: Organized for practicing special educators (defectologists) struggling with low-performing students and educators working in inclusive education settings. Responsible: F.U. Qodirova.
• "STEAM" Olympiad in individual education.
• "Mini Grant" project within the "Investment in Education" initiative.
• "TELEBRIDGE": Conducted to orient students towards individual education and develop international experiences.

Faculty Partnership Relations

Today, the faculty is developing cooperation relations to improve and enhance the quality of education, develop modern pedagogical methods, and train highly qualified personnel.

• UPI (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Indonesia) and Negeri Malang University:

  • A bilateral agreement has been signed within the framework of cooperation with UPI.
  • A UPI delegation visited our university, and meetings were held to develop cooperation.
  • Our delegation visited UPI to get acquainted with the university's educational system.
  • An international conference on "International Conference on Inclusive STEAM Education (ICTEME)" is planned in Indonesia within this cooperation.
  • The head of the Department of Special Pedagogy, Feruzakhon Usmanovna Kodirova, will participate as a "plenary speaker" at the conference.
  • The "Global Prospects for Multidisciplinary Research and Education" international congress will be held at Chirchik State Pedagogical University from April 8-10, 2025.

• Abai Kazakh National University:

  • A bilateral agreement was signed for official cooperation in higher education, science, and culture, as well as to increase the effectiveness of educational-methodological and scientific-research work.
  • Establishing academic exchange for master's students, PhD doctoral students, professors, instructors, and graduate students for professional development, short-term and long-term internships, practical training, scientific research, pre-diploma practice, and pedagogical practice.
  • Cooperation issues in preparing joint educational programs for bachelor's and master's degrees.
  • Conducting joint scientific and technical research by involving professors and instructors for collaborative supervision and scientific consultation in writing master's and doctoral dissertations.
  • Organizing joint conferences, seminars, symposiums, round tables, scientific events, and educational initiatives. Discussions were held on the results of joint scientific events and other initiatives in the field of education, including publication in scientific publications indexed in leading world scientific citation databases, such as Web of Science, Scopus, etc.

• UFE (Ural Federal University, Russia):

  • A bilateral agreement has been signed within the framework of cooperation with UFU.
  • A UFU delegation visited our university, and meetings were held to develop cooperation.
  • Our delegation visited UFU to get acquainted with the university's educational system.
