Allayorova Sarvinoz Baxtiyorovna was born on October 17, 1991, in the Amudarya district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. She is Uzbek by nationality.
In 2015, she graduated from Ajiniyaz Nukus State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Primary Education and Sports. In 2022, she successfully completed her master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University.
She began her professional career in 2015–2016 as a Teacher of Fine Arts and Technology at Secondary School No. 12 in Chirchiq city. From 2016 to 2021, she worked as a Primary School Teacher at Specialized School No. 15 in Chirchiq city.
In 2021, she worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Management, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchiq State Pedagogical Institute. Since 2022, she has been working as a Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchiq State Pedagogical University.
In 2022, Allayorova Sarvinoz Baxtiyorovna graduated from Chirchiq State Pedagogical University with a specialization in Pedagogy and Psychology. She successfully defended her master’s thesis entitled “Developing Skills for Preparing Primary School Students to Meet International Standards through Reading Lessons.”
Allayorova Sarvinoz Baxtiyorovna is currently an independent researcher at the Department of Pedagogy of Chirchiq State Pedagogical University in the specialty 13.00.02 – Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing. She is conducting doctoral research on the topic “Logistics of Pedagogical Innovations in a Cluster-Based Environment for Improving the Teaching of Social and Humanitarian Sciences.”
To date, she has published more than 40 scientific articles and conference theses, and has co-authored one study guide, one textbook, one monograph, as well as an electronic учебный guide (e-learning manual).
Allayorova Sarvinoz Baxtiyorovna has four years of experience in the higher education system and possesses a strong command of the educational system. She began her pedagogical career in 2015 in the field of school education.
Throughout her pedagogical career, she has distinguished herself as a highly skilled and dedicated educator. Under her academic supervision, and based on the mentor–mentee (teacher–student) model, she has co-authored and published more than 20 scientific articles and conference papers together with students.
