Karshiyeva Dilbar Eshpulatovna — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of General Pedagogy at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
She graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan in 2009 with a degree in Sociology. In 2021, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation entitled “Pedagogical Foundations for Developing Professional Competence of Future Teachers through the Cluster Approach (on the Example of School Internship Practice)” in the specialty 13.00.01 – Theory of Pedagogy. History of Pedagogical Doctrines.
Her research interests include educational modernization, development of professional competence of future teachers through the cluster approach, pedagogical innovations, and learner-centered teaching methods.

The research explores how the “school cluster” model connects school practice with university theory, enabling future teachers to build professional competencies through innovative pedagogical mechanisms.
To design a pedagogical model and methodological framework for forming professional competence of future teachers through the cluster approach.
Analytical, diagnostic, and pedagogical experiment methods were applied with 503 students from pedagogical universities in the Tashkent region.
