Faculty of Primary Education

The Faculty of Primary Education, established in 2021, is a dedicated academic unit focused on training primary school teachers and developing the methodology and theory of primary education. Since its separation from the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education on August 23, 2021, it has operated independently in its educational, methodological, scientific, spiritual, and educational processes.

About the Faculty of Primary Education

The Faculty of Primary Education at Chirchik State Pedagogical University was established on August 23, 2021, by separating from the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education. Since then, it has independently conducted its educational, methodological, scientific, spiritual, and educational activities.

Currently, the faculty educates a total of 3360 students in modern, well-equipped auditoriums and laboratories. This includes:

1024 students in full-time bachelor's programs.
14 students in full-time master's programs.
1985 students in distance learning (2nd higher education) programs.
337 students in evening programs.

The faculty boasts a team of 47 professors and instructors, including:

3 Doctors of Science, Professors.
12 Candidates of Science, Associate Professors.

Faculty Mission and Objectives

Faculty Mission: To develop the methodology and theory of primary education in line with societal progress.

Faculty Objectives:

To train professional primary school teachers in the field of primary education.
To create technological scientific and methodological developments addressing educational and scientific problems in primary education.
To enhance the faculty's image by preparing teachers of international caliber.
To prepare socio-pedagogues who reflect the specific purpose and conformity of teaching, revealing the social nature and significance of education in society, and determining its direction, content, forms, and methods.

Scientific Research

The faculty actively promotes scientific research, focusing on:

Organizing the defense of dissertations by faculty members aimed at researching modern pedagogical problems in education, technology, and integrated approaches, and developing their methodological research work.
Developing new methodological approaches in faculty members' research aimed at solving didactic problems, improving the methodology of interactive foreign language teaching for primary school students based on the "CLIL-laboratory," and enhancing the teaching of children's literature based on modern approaches.
Defining directions for using pedagogical, psychological, and technological foundations of education in faculty members' scientific articles and monographs.
Implementing the development of individual methodological approaches by faculty members related to personality formation.
