"Pedagogue-Entrepreneur" project by Khurramov Keldiyor Muradullaevich, Senior Lecturer of the "Management" Department
Times have changed, and professionals in every field are choosing to engage in entrepreneurship within their capabilities. This is a demand of the era. For instance, a teacher can easily conduct classes for students in specific subjects through various circles during their pedagogical activity, and we see many such educational centers in cities and districts. In common terms, a teacher's source of livelihood today is not limited only to their monthly salary. Any educator with knowledge, potential, and a bit of business acumen can move forward. It is advisable to open a non-governmental organization and engage in entrepreneurship without hesitation. In this regard, it is worth saying "bravo" to those who open non-governmental training centers and earn their living honestly.
To get to the point, you are a teacher, but your income does not meet your family's needs. Everyone has the right to be wealthy. So, where should you start? Of course, if you want your business activities to be legal, you must register them with the state.
This project was organized with these goals in mind: to increase the interest of future pedagogues, i.e., students, in entrepreneurial activities and to provide knowledge and skills on reliably increasing their funds.
Existing Problems:
Insufficient knowledge of future pedagogues regarding entrepreneurial activities and organizing production;
Lack of sufficient funds for students and pedagogues to start entrepreneurial activities;
Future pedagogues' fear of taking risks in the field of entrepreneurship and hesitation to enter this field;
Starting production without a full understanding of entrepreneurial activities, leading to crisis situations.
Objective
Implementation Mechanism

A debate was held with the activists of the "Pedagogue-Entrepreneur" project organized under the Management Department. Reputable entrepreneurs participated in the discussion of future managers. Entrepreneurs Ibrohim Tursunov, Davron Risqulov, and Aziz Farmonov provided insights to future education managers on objective risk assessment, building a business with initial funds, financial assistance, and innovative management. They shared their experiences.
