Kadirova Malika - As a teacher at the Department of Russian Literary Studies, she strives to make classes lively, useful, and inspiring by applying modern and creative teaching methods. Her research interests are related to the analysis of literary texts, developing students' critical thinking, and introducing interactive technologies into the educational process. Malika believes that the task of literature is not only to teach but also to arouse interest, reveal feelings and emotions, and encourage in students a greater desire for knowledge.
Kadirova Malika works as a teacher in the Department of Russian Literary Studies at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
