General work experience 26 years, scientific and pedagogical work experience 26 years, including 18 years of scientific work experience, 13 years of work experience in a position held on a competitive or contractual basis (senior research associate):
The main scientific direction is the physiological, biochemical and economic analysis of cotton and soybean under water shortage conditions. During her scientific career, H.Kh.Matniyazova successfully participated in research projects within the framework of several state scientific and technical programs of our Republic. Currently, she is leading the project of women scientists “A-FA-2021-7” “Creating a mechanism of resistance of local varieties of legumes and oilseed crops to phytopathogenic fungi through physiological and biochemical methods”, conducting research on the study of the physiological and biochemical processes of local soybean varieties under the influence of phytopathogenic fungi, including the activity of stress enzymes, chloroplast pigments and water exchange processes in leaves.
Matniyazova Khilola Khudaybergenovna scientific activity in 2006 in the laboratory "Ecological Genetics," the implementation of which is designed for 2003-2007 "Genetic study and improvement of morphophysiological and household characteristics to create resource-saving varieties of cotton." In 2007, he entered graduate school. In addition to his graduate studies, he worked as an intern in this 0.5-rate project. Since 2008, 2008-2011 in the fundamental project "Study of the genetic foundations of adaptive selection and the search for genotypes - donors to create varieties of cotton that are resistant to adverse environmental conditions and have a combination of valuable economic characteristics, " the implementation of which was designed for FA-4F-T-134.5 years, previously as a trainee researcher, and in 2011 as a junior researcher. From 2012 to 2014, F5-TO25 participated as a senior researcher in the fundamental project "Studying the physiological and genetic foundations of drought tolerance and hybridity of varieties, ridges, cotton varieties and their hybrids." From September 2, 2014 to December 30, 2015 he worked as a teacher at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. At the same time, he worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Plant Genetics and Experimental Biology
From January 2016 to May 15, 2017 he worked as a scientific secretary of the Institute of Genetics and Experimental Plant Biology. Along with this, at the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University, the implementation of the projects planned for 2016-2017 YoA-1-6 "Preparation for the publication of the botany textbook for students of the Academic Lyceum" and I5-FA-T014 at the Institute of Plant Genetics and Experimental Biology "G'o" za "a promising AN-130 variety of varietal seed" cotton seeds. "
In 2018-2020, FA-A-QX-2018-24 as a senior researcher in the practical project "Assessment of the content and quality of oil and protein in the genetic collection systems of a soybean plant isolated at the Institute of Plant Genetics and Experimental Biology." In the course of studying the level of oiliness, studies were carried out to identify a number of effective schemes for practical selection of soybeans

Matniyazova Hilola Khudaybergenovna has been working as the Scientific Secretary in the Scientific Seminar on the specialty 03.00.07 - Plant Physiology and Biochemistry under the Scientific Council of the Institute of Genetics and Experimental Biology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which awards scientific degrees DSc.02/30.12.2019.B.53.01. from 2019-2021, and as a member of the seminar from 2021 to the present. In addition, the applicant, Hilola Hudaybergenovna Matniyazova, is also a member of the expert commission for providing expert opinions on articles and theses prepared in the field of "Physiology and Biochemistry of Plants" at the Institute of Genetics and Experimental Biology of Plants.
Under the co-authorship of Matniyazova Hilola Khudaibergenovna, the fine-fiber cotton variety "Marvarid" was created, which is adapted for cultivation not only in the southern, but also in the central regions of our republic. The variety was tested at the State Variety Test in 2018-2020 and, due to its excellent performance, was considered promising for the Surkhandarya region from 2021, based on Order No. 232 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a primary seed breeding and production trial was organized. The medium-fiber high-yielding “Samara” cotton variety, co-authored by Matniyazova Hilola Hudaybergenovna, was tested at the State Variety Test in 2019-2020 and, due to its good performance, was considered promising for the Fergana region in 2021, based on Order No. 232 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a primary seed breeding and production test was organized. The “Guzor” variety of fine-fiber cotton, co-authored by Matniyazova Hilola Hudaybergenovna, has been tested at the State Variety Test since 2021.
