In my teaching practice, I actively implement modern educational methods and technologies, aiming to make lessons more interactive and focused on the practical application of theoretical knowledge. At the same time, I place special emphasis on creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect in the classroom.

It is especially important to me that each student feels confident in their abilities and can progressively develop their potential at a pace that suits them. I am firmly convinced that an individual approach can be found for every student, allowing their abilities to be fully realized and creating conditions for comprehensive personal and professional growth.

Ergasheva Mohinur is a young scholar and educator. She was born in the Tashkent region and currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Pedagogy at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University.

She is conducting research on the topic: “Methodology for Developing Students’ Self-Development Skills Based on an Individualized Approach.”

Mokhinur Ergasheva places a strong emphasis on a creative approach and the active use of modern educational technologies in her teaching practice. She strives to transform each lesson into an interactive environment where theory is seamlessly integrated with practice, and students become active participants in the learning process.

She pays particular attention to creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect in the classroom, where every student feels confident and can develop their abilities at a comfortable pace. Ergasheva Mohinur Komilovna is convinced that an individualized approach to each student unlocks their potential and helps reveal their unique talents, contributing to their comprehensive personal and professional growth.
