Parmonov Sharofiddin Shavkatovich was born in 1989 in Shahrisabz district of Kashkadarya region. He has a higher education degree. In 2013, he graduated from the Faculty of History of the National University of Uzbekistan.
In 2021, he was admitted to the Master’s program at the National University of Uzbekistan, majoring in History of Uzbekistan, and successfully completed it in 2023. He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications and has participated in a number of international and national conferences.
