Ikrom Davronovich Kodirov — a highly qualified specialist in the field of science and pedagogical education
Ikrom Davronovich Kodirov graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of History at Samarkand State University and in 2009 from the Faculty of Economics at Tashkent State University of Economics. He began his professional career in 1999 at a general secondary school.
1999–2002 — Teacher at School No. 37, Chirakchi District, Kashkadarya Region.
2002–2008 — Lecturer at the Academic Lyceum under Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration.
2008–2010 — Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Work at the Academic Lyceum under Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry.
2010–2011 — Head of the Department for Spiritual and Educational Work at the Academic Lyceum under Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry.
2011–2018 — Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Work at the Academic Lyceum under Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry.
2018–2019 — Leading Specialist of the General Department, State Committee for Automobile Roads of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2019 — Leading Specialist of the Department for the Improvement of Innovative Technologies, Standards, and Methods, Committee for Automobile Roads under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since 2019, Ikrom Davronovich Kodirov has been working at Chirchik State Pedagogical University. To date, he has authored over 30 scientific articles and theses, two textbooks, and two teaching manuals.
In 2023, he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic:
"Methods for Developing Students’ Professional Competence Based on Personality-Oriented Educational Technologies within an Educational Cluster (using History as an Example)"
and was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences, specializing in 13.00.02 — Theory and Methods of Teaching and Upbringing.
Currently, Ikrom Kodirov serves as Head of the Department of Pedagogy and continues his research aimed at obtaining a Doctor of Science degree.
The exemplary work of Ikrom Kodirov represents a practical embodiment of methodological innovation and pedagogical mastery in the education system. He dedicates himself to providing modern, high-quality pedagogical education, enhancing scientific potential, and training a new generation of teaching professionals.
