Rakhmatullayeva Anor Qayrullayevna was born on June 27, 1972, in Yuqori Chirchiq District, Tashkent Region, into an intellectual family. She is of Kazakh nationality, holds higher education, and is a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She has published numerous scientific works in the field of Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Biology). In particular, more than 50 scientific articles have been published, along with 2 teaching-methodological manuals and 4 study guides. She has also received official certificates from the Intellectual Property Agency for programs created for electronic computing machines.
Since 2019, she has been working at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Biology, as an Acting Associate Professor. In 2022, she was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences, specialty 13.00.02 – Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Biology), for her dissertation on the topic “Improving Mechanisms for Identifying Students’ Talents in Biology Teaching.”
