Saidova Dilnavoz Bakturdiyevna was born on July 28, 1985, in the Koshkupyr district of Khorezm region. In 2008, she graduated from Urgench State University (Bachelor’s degree), and in 2021 — from Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent region (Master’s degree). From 2008 to 2011, she worked as a biology teacher at Secondary School No. 24 in the Koshkupyr district of Khorezm region. From 2013 to 2017, she was a biology lecturer at Chirchik College of Industry and Service. Between 2017 and 2020, she served as Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Affairs at the same college. Since 2021, she has been working at Chirchik State Pedagogical University as a Lecturer in the Department of Biology.

Saidova Dilnavoz Bakturdiyevna is married and a caring mother of three children.
At the beginning of her scientific career, D. Saidova conducted research at the innovative experimental platform “School Laboratory”, dedicated to identifying factors that positively and negatively influence the development of scientific literacy in the teaching of biology.
Currently, as an independent researcher, she is working on the topic: “Improvement of the methodology for developing students’ competencies during practical classes in zoology.”
D. Saidova has authored and published 2 textbooks, 1 methodological guide, 2 student workbooks, and more than 20 scientific articles in national and international journals.
Saidova Dilnavoz Bakturdiyevna is a conscientious, dedicated, disciplined, hardworking, modest, and sociable educator with profound knowledge and strong professional skills. She is a highly qualified, initiative-driven, and talented teacher, a creative specialist, as well as a spiritually mature and fair individual who has earned the respect and appreciation of the university’s faculty and students.
Milestones of her pedagogical and professional career:
2004–2008 – successfully graduated from Urgench State University named after Al-Khorezmi;
2008–2011 – Biology teacher at School №24 in Kushkupyr district, Khorezm region;
2013–2017 – Biology teacher at Chirchik College of Industry and Services;
2017–2020 – Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Affairs at the same college;
2019–2021 – Master’s student at Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region;
Since 2021 – Lecturer at the Department of Biology, Chirchik State Pedagogical University, teaching courses in Zoology.
Currently, under the academic supervision of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor A.K. Rakhimov, she continues her research on the topic: “Improvement of the methodology for developing students’ competencies during practical classes in zoology.”
In addition, she annually supervises the student club “Young Zoologists”, where she teaches not only animal structure, reproduction, development, ecology, and phylogeny, but also practical skills such as preparing taxidermy specimens and creating permanent preparations using epoxy resin.
