Sayyara Rustamovna Abdalova was born on December 2, 1969, in the Beruniy district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. She is Uzbek by nationality and holds a higher education degree. She is a member of the People's Democratic Party.
She began her professional career in 1991 as a student at the Faculty of Physics of Samarkand State University. In 1999, she worked as a research fellow at the Karakalpak branch of the Uzbek Scientific and Practical Center for Information Technologies (UzSPCIT) in Nukus. In 2001, she became a postgraduate researcher at the Uzbek Research Institute named after T. N. Qori-Niyoziy in Tashkent.
From 2005 to 2020, she served as the head of the department "Development and Implementation of Modern Pedagogical Technologies" at the Center for the Development of Higher, Secondary Specialized, and Vocational Education under the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized, Vocational Education.
Since February 10, 2021, she has been working at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
Sayyara Rustamovna Abdalova has extensive experience in the field of pedagogy, particularly in training specialists in the sphere of education. She began her professional career in 1991, and since 2021, she has been working at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
In the course of her pedagogical work, she delivers lectures, conducts practical sessions, and leads methodological classes on subjects related to the theory and methodology of teaching, pedagogical technologies, and independent student learning. Under her academic supervision, both master's and doctoral dissertations are being prepared.
S.R. Abdalova actively integrates modern pedagogical technologies into the educational process, develops methodological materials, and participates in the professional development of educators and teaching staff. Her practical and scientific expertise is widely applied in training future teachers and improving educational programs.
On March 1, 2012, at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, Sayyara Rustamovna Abdalova successfully defended her candidate dissertation on the topic: "Technologies for Organizing Independent Learning in Physics (on the Example of Vocational Colleges)."
The dissertation was defended in the specialty 13.00.02 – Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing, and she was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
