Sharakhmatova Anora transforms the educational process into a meaningful and interactive dialogue, organizing it on the principles of respect, cooperation and inspiration. As an independent researcher of the Department of "Pedagogy", she is conducting research on her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences on the topic "Improving the mechanisms of pedagogical and psychological adaptation of students to the credit-module system".

Sharakhmatova Anora was born on October 19, 1994 in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region. She is of Uzbek nationality.
In 2015-2019, she graduated from Pskov State University, Russian Federation with a bachelor's degree.
In 2019-2021, she graduated from Kazan Federal University with a master's degree in "Psychological and pedagogical education". She defended her master's thesis at Kazan Federal University on the topic "Predictors of psychological adaptation and acculturation of foreign students from Central Asia".
Since September 2021, she has been working as a teacher at the "Pedagogy" department of Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
Today, his scientific and pedagogical activities consist of analyzing the theoretical and methodological foundations of improving the process of pedagogical and psychological adaptation of students to a higher educational institution and studying the abilities and individual psychological characteristics of students in ensuring a successful adaptation process.
Subjects taught: art pedagogy, fundamentals of vocational guidance, modern didactics.
