Tilavova Sayora Bekmuratovna was born on January 1, 1973, in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya region. She is of Uzbek nationality and holds a higher education degree.
From 1980 to 1990, she studied at Secondary School No. 2 in Termez.
From 1990 to 1995, she was a student at the Faculty of Primary Education, Termez State University.
From 1995 to 2023, she worked as a teacher at Secondary School No. 1 in Termez.
Since 2023 to the present, she has been working as a lecturer at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
