Togayev Shavkat Khurramovich was born on July 25, 1965, in Yakkabog District of the Kashkadarya region. From 1990 to 1995, he studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of Tashkent State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree. From 1995 to 1998, he pursued postgraduate studies (Aspirantura) at the same faculty.
During his professional career, he has worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Interfaculty Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy, National University of Uzbekistan; Associate Professor at the Department of National Idea and Social Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy, National University of Uzbekistan; and Head of the Department of National Idea and Legal Education at the Faculty of Law, National University of Uzbekistan. He has also worked at several other educational institutions.
Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of National Idea, Fundamentals of Spirituality, and Legal Education at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
The main objective of his professional activity is to provide high-quality education in the higher education system, conduct scientific research, and contribute to the development of students’ professional and academic potential.
During his professional career, Sh. Kh. Togayev has published more than 70 scientific articles devoted to issues of national idea, spirituality, and ideology. In addition, he is the author of more than 10 books, brochures, and monographs.
