Gulmira Rifovna Tojiboyeva was born on October 7, 1974, in the Andijan region. She holds a higher education degree. Her nationality is Tatar.

  • 2023 – Defended her PhD dissertation on the topic “Developing the Professional Competence of Future Primary School Teachers Based on a Learner-Centered Approach” in the specialty 13.00.01 – Theory of Pedagogy. History of Pedagogical Doctrines at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
