Brief Biography

Usarov Jabbor Eshbekovich was born on April 20, 1968, in Nurota District of Samarkand Region, into a family of intellectuals.

In 1985, he graduated from a secondary school in Qoshrabot District of Samarkand Region. In the academic year 1985–1986, he was admitted to the full-time program of the Faculty of Physics at Tashkent State University (TSU).

From 1986 to 1988, he completed his compulsory military service.

From 1988 to 1993, he studied at the evening program of the Faculty of Physics at Tashkent State University.

Dissertation Defense Topics

In 2005, he defended his Candidate of Sciences (PhD) dissertation entitled “Aspects of Improving the Effectiveness of Physics Education in Academic Lyceums.”

In 2019, he defended his Doctor of Sciences (DSc) dissertation entitled “Improving the Content of Education Based on Key and Subject-Specific Competencies and Developing Students’ Competence.”

International Professional Development and Publications

He completed international professional development programs in the Republic of Korea (2001), Malaysia (2004), Indonesia (2023), and Türkiye (2025).

Throughout his professional career, he has published approximately 150 scientific and methodological works.

He is one of the authors of physics textbooks for students of general secondary schools (Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11).

Brief Overview of Professional Experience

Usarov Jabbor Eshbekovich began his professional career in 1989 as a carpenter at the Tashkent City Construction Department.

From 1991 to 1993, he worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Physics of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration.

Between 1993 and 1996, he was a teacher of physics and mathematics at Secondary School No. 34 in Qoshrabot District, Samarkand Region.

From 1996 to 2006, he worked as a physics teacher at the Academic Lyceum affiliated with the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration.

During the period 2006–2013, he served as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at the Academic Lyceum affiliated with Tashkent State University of Law.

From 2013 to 2014, he worked as Director of Academic Lyceum No. 3 affiliated with Tashkent State Technical University.

In 2014–2015, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the News-ARENA newspaper.

From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a Senior Research Fellow (Doctoral Researcher) at Tashkent State Pedagogical University.

In 2017–2018, he was a lecturer at the Department of Physics of Tashkent State Pedagogical University.

During 2018–2019, he worked as Head of Department at the Academic Lyceum under Tashkent State University of Law.

Since September 2019, he has been serving as Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy at Chirchiq Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region (currently Chirchiq State Pedagogical University).
