Baikabilov Userbai Alimkhanovich was born in 1973 in the Kuyi Chirchiq district of Tashkent region. He is Kazakh by nationality.

In 1995, he graduated from the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute named after Nizami, majoring in Teaching of the Kazakh Language and Literature (Diploma No. 113645). According to his education, he is a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature. He has not defended a dissertation for an academic degree.

His total work experience is 29 years, including 27 years of teaching experience.
Of these:
2 years in a general secondary school,
20 years at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami,
2 years at the Republican Education Center,
6 years at Chirchiq State Pedagogical University.

He has been working as an Acting Associate Professor for 3 years.

1995–1997 — Teacher at Secondary School No. 52 of the Kuyi Chirchiq District, Tashkent Region.

1997–2017Senior Lecturer at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.

2017–2019Methodologist at the Republican Education Center under the Ministry of Public Education.

2019–2021Senior Lecturer at the Department of Uzbek Linguistics, Chirchiq State Pedagogical Institute, Tashkent Region.
