Gofur Bobonazarovich Kholmuminov was born on April 4, 1986, in the Surkhandarya region. He is an ethnic Uzbek. In 2014, he completed his bachelor's degree in philosophy at the National University of Uzbekistan, and in 2016, he completed his master's degree in applied philosophy at the National University of Uzbekistan. He currently teaches at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
