Scientific and practical research conducted on the topic “Implementation of Innovations and Mutual Integration in Preschool Education” demonstrates that the rapid pace of technological development requires the formation of comprehensively developed individuals in modern society. The integration of advanced technologies and humanistic principles is regarded as a key method in the introduction of innovations, as it enables the creation of unique educational models. Importantly, innovations should not be viewed as a temporary experiment, but rather as an organic component of pedagogical practice that enriches both educators and learners.

Shanasirova Zahro Yuldashovna was born on October 7, 1963, in the Bostanliq district of the Tashkent region, into a family of educators. Since 2019, she has been working at Chirchik State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education, Department of Preschool Education Methodology. Currently, she holds the position of Associate Professor (Docent) at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education Methodology.
For her active and effective scientific contribution to the establishment of the “Modular Kindergarten Laboratory” and the “ECO Laboratory Garden”, organized under the Faculty of Preschool Education and prepared for operation, Z. Y. Shanasirova was awarded the honorary certificate “Innovator of Science” by the Rector of Chirchik State Pedagogical University. She was also presented with a Letter of Appreciation from the Rector of ChDPU for her active participation in organizing and conducting, together with students, the scientific and practical event entitled “Implementation of Innovations and Mutual Integration in Preschool Education” at a high professional level.
For her active participation in the regional exhibition of innovative ideas “InnoWeek”, held in the Tashkent region, she was awarded a First-Degree Certificate. In the 2024–2025 academic year, she organized a visit together with students of the Department of Preschool Education Methodology to the “INCLUSIVE” Education Conference held at Herzen University.
Throughout her scientific and pedagogical career, Zahro Shanasirova has organized each lecture and seminar in accordance with modern educational requirements, effectively using audio and video materials as well as handouts prepared on the basis of advanced pedagogical technologies. During her professional activity, she has published 9 textbooks (4 co-authored and 5 sole-authored), 4 study guides (2 co-authored and 2 sole-authored), and 3 monographs. In addition, Z. Y. Shanasirova is the author of more than 100 scientific articles published in foreign and national journals, as well as in the proceedings of international and republican scientific conferences.
From 2020 to 2022, she served as Head of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education Methodology, and in 2023 she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor (Docent). She is the organizer and leader of a practical and methodological event on the topic “Implementation of Innovations and Mutual Integration in Preschool Education”, initiated by the Department of Preschool Education Methodology. Her research interests include an individualized approach to preschool education.
For her dedicated efforts in ensuring a stable moral and ethical environment at the university, effectively organizing educational activities, fostering qualities such as friendship, loyalty, and cleanliness among female students, and widely promoting a healthy lifestyle culture, she was awarded letters of appreciation and honorary certificates by the Rector of the University.
During the 2024–2025 academic years, she organized various educational and cultural events in student dormitories on the topics “Cleanliness Is the Key to Health,” “Chefs,” “Grandmothers’ Advice,” and “Do You Know How to Make Dumplings?” She was an active speaker at the August Council (Section 3) for teachers of education, arts, and culture from vocational education institutions of the Tashkent region, held at Angren Pedagogical College under the motto “Science in Knowledge, Art in Inspiration, Culture in Beauty.” She also supervised organizational and creative activities aimed at revitalizing the “ECO Laboratory”.
She served as the Chairperson of Polling Station No. 747 during the elections of deputies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She was a jury member of the “Chefs” competition in student dormitories. Associate Professor Z. Y. Shanasirova also organized a discussion entitled “Cleanliness Is the Guarantee of Health” at Student Dormitory No. Based on the “Mentor–Mentee (Ustoz–Shogird)” system, she actively works with dozens of undergraduate students. Under her academic supervision, bachelor’s and master’s students have successfully defended their theses. Her mentee Ilesova Lazzat Asan qizi was awarded the Navoi State Scholarship in the 2023–2024 academic year.
In the 2024–2025 academic years, open classes were conducted in accordance with the department’s approved plan. Individual work was carried out to identify students’ personal and academic achievements, interests, abilities, and talents. Effective preparation was provided for students to participate in the State Scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, innovative projects, and various competitions. As a result, scientific articles were published in foreign and international academic journals and presented at international and republican conferences.
