Mirzayeva Zulkhumor Shukhradovna is married and a mother of three children.
Currently, she is conducting research in the field of biology teaching methodology on the topic: “Methodology for Developing Creative Thinking Skills in Future Biology Teachers.”
As a scientific innovation, she has developed approaches to improve the creative thinking skills of future teachers in higher education by using modern educational technologies in lessons and extracurricular activities, such as Visual Design, Pictorial Tests, and STEM methods. She also provides proposals and recommendations on assessment methods.
Lessons organized on the basis of her recommendations have increased students’ interest in the subject. In conclusion, her research highlights the importance of identifying and developing the talents of future biology teachers and finding approaches and technologies to enhance their creative thinking.
Mirzayeva is an active, dedicated, and experienced teacher and organizer. Her pedagogical activity covers the following institutions:
2010–2013: Biology teacher at School No. 15, Qibray district, Tashkent region.
2013–2015: Master’s student at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.
2015–2016: Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Affairs at School No. 15, Qibray district.
2017–2019: Specialist at the Department of Public Education, Qibray district.
2019–2020: Methodologist at the Department of Public Education, Qibray district, in the unit responsible for introducing ICT in the educational process.
2020–2023: Head of the Academic Lyceum Department at Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
2023 – present: Lecturer at the Department of Biology, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
