As a faculty lecturer, I strive to employ modern methodologies, technologies, and game-based techniques while maintaining a warm and trusting atmosphere in the classroom. It is important to me that students feel confident and are able to develop their potential at a pace that is comfortable for them. I firmly believe that creating an adaptive learning environment makes lessons both meaningful and dynamic, fostering the development of critical thinking and professional skills in every student.

Leyli Yung is a young scholar and educator. She was born in the Bo‘stonliq District of Tashkent Region and is currently serving as a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy of Chirchik State Pedagogical University. She is also an independent researcher at the same university, conducting scientific studies on the topic “Adaptive Pedagogical Technologies for Preparing Future Teachers for Inclusive Education.”

Leyli Yung was born on January 3, 1999, in the Bo‘stonliq District. Her academic and pedagogical career has developed through the following stages:

  • 2017–2021 – Undergraduate student in the field of Preschool Education at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.

  • 2021–2023 – Educator at State Preschool Education Institution No. 530 in the Yakkasaroy District.

  • 2021–2023 – Master’s student in the field of Testology and Assessment of Pedagogical Measurements at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.

  • 2023–2024 – Lecturer at the Department of General Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.

  • From 2024 to the present – Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy, Chirchik State Pedagogical University.

Pedagogical activities:

Leyli Yung’s pedagogical work is distinguished by her creative approach to organizing the educational process and her ability to create an adaptive learning environment that takes into account the individual abilities and needs of her students. She effectively applies modern pedagogical technologies and innovative teaching methods, and actively utilizes interactive learning platforms to facilitate the assimilation and reinforcement of educational material. As a result of this approach, her classes acquire a practical, application-oriented focus, fostering sustainable educational motivation among students, contributing to the development of critical thinking, and enhancing their professional competencies.
